• Be the right hand of the franchise partner for a smooth working day
• Be the interface between franchise partner and stores
• All office tasks of the stores
• Handling mail and emails
• Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts
• Calculating vacation entitlements
• Updating and checking timesheets
• Structuring and archiving employee and administrative documents
• Helping with preparatory payroll
• Supporting store managers with technical requests (Wi-Fi, printers, time tracking)
• Helping check cash books and send them to the tax office
• Recruiting
• Creating employee documents (employment contract, reference letter, etc.)

• Good German skills
