What You'll Learn
- Developing into an expert in social insurance
- Advising people on health topics and protection in all situations
- Learning about the processes, health services and customer services of a statutory health insurer
- Processing applications
- Supporting customers, listening actively and finding suitable solutions
Requirements
- Intermediate secondary school certificate, university entrance qualification, several semesters of university study or a completed apprenticeship
- Interest in health and the German healthcare system
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Team spirit
- Very good German skills at at least C1 level
