Property Portfolio Management Clerk

BASF Wohnen + Bauen GmbH provides attractive, modern apartments in Ludwigshafen and the surrounding area for BASF employees and a broad section of the public.

• You handle tenant concerns from a commercial and technical perspective and see them through to resolution.
• Through regular property inspections, you monitor the condition of the managed properties and ensure the required safety duties are met.
• You handle complaints and conflicts between tenants in a solution-oriented way and actively contribute to constructive mediation.
• You coordinate maintenance measures from ordering and supervision to acceptance and handle the commercial processing of modernization measures.
• During major renovation projects, you organize and support the necessary relocations of tenants.
• Processing and settling insurance claims is also part of your varied area of responsibility.

• Successfully completed training in real estate, for example as a real estate clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in property management
• Good technical knowledge of maintenance and building services
• Confident use of SAP (systems, applications and products in data processing)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and service orientation when dealing with tenants
