Retail Management Specialist - Apprenticeship and Advanced Training, Krefeld-Inrath

BAUHAUS combines an apprenticeship as a retail salesperson with advanced training as a certified retail management specialist. Within three years, participants earn three IHK qualifications and prepare for a management career in retail.

• Complete the apprenticeship and advanced training as a certified retail management specialist and earn three IHK qualifications: Retail Salesperson, AEVO Trainer Certificate and Certified Retail Management Specialist
• Complete the theory phase at the retail education center
• Learn about departments and daily operations in sales, goods receipt and checkout
• Gain insight into management work and prepare for a trainee position leading to a retail management role

• General or subject-specific university entrance qualification or advanced technical college entrance qualification
• Numerical understanding and analytical thinking
• Enjoyment of working with people, plus strong enthusiasm and communication skills
• Quick comprehension and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Team spirit, motivation, initiative and a sense of responsibility
