Retail Management Apprenticeship and Further Training (Handelsfachwirt)

At BAUHAUS in Augsburg-Oberhausen you complete apprenticeship and further training in one. You combine theory and practice and earn three IHK qualifications within three years: Retail Clerk, Trainer under AEVO and Certified Retail Business Manager (Handelsfachwirt). There is no application deadline for this position.

• With the apprenticeship and further training as Certified Retail Business Manager (m/f/d) you combine theory and practice and earn three IHK qualifications within three years: Retail Clerk (m/f/d), Trainer (m/f/d) under AEVO, Certified Retail Business Manager (m/f/d)
• Complete the theory phase at the renowned retail education centre, which trains you well to start out as a manager
• Get to know the many-sided departments and the daily business in sales, goods receipt and at the till from different perspectives
• You also gain deep insights from colleagues in everyday management, who prepare you perfectly for starting as a management trainee in retail

• You have the general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or Fachhochschulreife
• You are good at maths, so you score with your number sense and analytical thinking
• You not only enjoy working with people, but also impress with your strong enthusiasm and communication skills
• Your quick grasp lets you handle situations in a structured and solution-oriented way
• You have plenty of team spirit and motivation, and also impress with a high level of initiative and sense of responsibility
