• During your apprenticeship as a retail management assistant or sales assistant, you learn what matters in sales and customer advice
• You first gain an overview of the entire BAUHAUS store. You then specialise, for example in the garden centre, paints, plumbing or other departments
• The first two training years cover the sales assistant qualification. You learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and display them effectively
• In the third training year, which qualifies you as a retail management assistant, we teach you about inventory management and marketing activities
• You help our customers fulfil their wishes for their workshops, homes and gardens every day

• A school leaving qualification is important, but your personality matters most
