• ### Your Tasks:
• With the apprenticeship and further training to become a certified retail management specialist (m/f/d), you combine theory and practice and acquire three IHK qualifications within three years: 1. Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), 2. Trainer (m/f/d) according to AEVO, 3. Certified Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d).
• Complete the theory phase at the renowned Retail Education Center, which trains you optimally to start as a manager.
• Get to know the diverse departments and daily business in sales, goods receipt, and at the checkout from various perspectives.
• In addition, you will gain deep insights from colleagues in management daily life, which perfectly prepare you for your entry as a trainee for a management position in retail.

• You have obtained the general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or the entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences.
• Math is your strength, so you can score with your numerical understanding and analytical thinking.
