Whether it's a warm welcome, helpful information or perfect order processing – as the first point of contact in the specialist center, you advise our customers not just anyhow, but precisely. As a team player, you support colleagues at the customer information center, goods issue or checkout when needed, thus ensuring smooth processes and the best possible shopping experience every day. You process the document flow for orders, delivery notes and complaints and also coordinate deliveries. In addition, you take responsibility for the safe inventory and carry out corresponding safe bookings and cash audits. In short: Your heart beats for the team and the optimal support of BAUHAUS customers!

A completed commercial or technical vocational training is a good prerequisite – e.g. as a salesperson, retail merchant, office management clerk / office clerk, industrial clerk (all m/f/d). Experience in sales / distribution in retail, customer service, checkout or the DIY / home improvement sector is an advantage. Through sound knowledge / expertise in customer service, you are able to handle our customers' concerns competently. Advisory competence, service orientation, strong communication skills, friendliness, team spirit and helpfulness characterize you.
