In your apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d) or sales assistant (m/f/d), you learn what matters in sales and customer consulting. You first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS specialist center. Afterwards, you specialize, for example, in the garden center, paints, sanitary, or other specialist departments. The first two apprenticeship years include the sales assistant apprenticeship. Here you learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally. In the third apprenticeship year, which qualifies you as a retail merchant, we show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures. Thus, you support our customers every day anew in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house, and garden.
