About this Apprenticeship
As part of the legal traineeship, Bayer offers the chance to spend three months of your law firm or elective station in the global team "Law Procurement, Product Supply & IT" of the legal department. The team advises the group's central procurement, manufacturing and IT functions on all legal matters.
What You'll Learn
- Review of various questions from the legal fields mentioned
- Internal advice to the global procurement and IT function and the production sites
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in German and English
- Preparation of legal opinions
- Participation in meetings with internal/external clients
- Communication with internal clients
- Advice on digital regulation topics
Requirements
- Completed 1st state law examination with distinction, preferably with a focus area matching the legal fields mentioned
- Willingness to get up to speed on new topics
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as persuasiveness and initiative
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Enjoyment of constantly changing challenges
- Very good English skills, written and spoken
- Good MS Office skills
