Apprenticeship as Office Management Clerk

Become part of a unique team at our headquarters in Neckarsulm or at our locations in Gaildorf and Frankfurt. Over 700 dedicated colleagues work in our central services, including departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Digital Business and Corporate Communications & Brand Management. As part of our central services, you support and advise the Bechtle companies and contribute to the success of over 16,000 employees. Your apprenticeship starts on 1 September 2027. You spend about 3.5 days in the company and 1.5 days at vocational school. Please state in your application which of our locations you are interested in.

• Your contribution matters to us, so you are involved in day-to-day business from the start.
• Taking on organizational tasks in different areas such as sales, purchasing or administration.
• Processing customer requests, creating presentations or handling procurement processes.

• You have completed Fachhochschulreife, a good intermediate school certificate, or you are close to finishing.
• You enjoy these school subjects: German and economics.
• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You are good with numbers and can express yourself well in speech and writing?
• You are communicative, open and enthusiastic?
