Support in the organisation and administration of our firm's reception area - Reception of visitors and clients and their support including preparation of meeting rooms - Telephone correspondence and management of incoming and outgoing mail - Support with general back-office tasks such as appointment coordination and organisation of internal company events

Completed training as a legal assistant or a comparable commercial training - Professional experience in a tax consulting firm or law firm - Sound MS Office skills and DATEV knowledge an advantage - Willingness to perform and enthusiasm for the introduction of new digital programmes - Organisational talent with confident demeanour in dealing with clients
