For the Mechesee Houses, consisting of three residential buildings: Jochen-Klepper-Haus, Martin-Luther-Haus and Elisabeth-Schwartzkopff-Haus at the Bernau OT Lobetal location, we are looking for a Special Needs Caregiver / Curative Education Specialist / Educator (f/m/d) with 30-40 hours per week, permanent, starting as soon as possible. Then the Mechesee Houses in Lobetal could be just the place for you. In small houses, embedded in nature and tranquility, 34 people live who need assistance and support. Here it's not about speed, but about relationships. Not about perfection, but about attitude.

• Your tasks:
• Maintaining and promoting the quality of life and satisfaction of entitled individuals through individual care and nursing services
• Structuring the daily routine and ensuring daily structure and living environment while considering individual needs
• Shaping the living environment to support the normalization of living conditions
• Independent implementation, review and updating of care and support plans involving the entitled individuals
• Performing necessary household and nursing tasks while involving and guiding people with disabilities
• Maintaining computer-based care and nursing documentation

• What you bring:
• Completed training as a Special Needs Caregiver (Heilerziehungspfleger), Social Pedagogue, Curative Education Specialist (Heilpädagoge) or Educator (Erzieher) (f/m/d)
• Ability to interact empathetically and sensitively with people with disabilities
• Willingness and ability to work in a team, to work in a shift system, and to participate in further training and supervision
• Submission of an extended certificate of good conduct and a valid health certificate
