• Statutory health insurance healing procedure

• Telephone reception

• Completed medical or commercial training in healthcare
• Advanced knowledge in the application or implementation of laws (e.g. SGB V, particularly the remedy catalog)
• Basic knowledge in BG healing procedure (e.g. SGB VII, DGUV)
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, THEORG
• Friendly, respectful and collegial behavior towards employees, patients, guests and business partners
