As an industrial insulator (f/m/d), you ensure that pipelines, vessels, and technical systems are professionally insulated. In doing so, you work on exciting projects in various industrial plants and learn a profession that combines manual dexterity, technical understanding, and teamwork. Your area of operation is in the Bergkamen and Hamm area as well as the surrounding region. You will get to know different work locations and support our teams on various industrial plants. Changing deployment locations offer you a varied workday with diverse insights into industrial practice.

You insulate pipelines, vessels, apparatus, and technical systems in industrial plants; you learn about various insulation materials and systems and how to use them professionally; you fabricate sheet metal cladding and mount it precisely on the systems; together with your team, you are on the road at changing deployment locations and get to know different industrial plants; you work with modern tools and machines and continuously develop your manual skills; you learn everything about occupational safety, health, and environmental protection and apply your knowledge directly in practice; your apprenticeship takes place in block instruction – with assignments at the vocational school, inter-company training, and in our operating sites

You have at least a successful lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) or will complete it shortly; your technical understanding and manual dexterity characterize you; you are interested in technical systems and practical activities; you have acquired a careful and structured work style in school; you are reliable, motivated, and like to get stuck in; you enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in achieving things together
