• You are responsible for the acquisition of customers and the maintenance of long-term customer relationships.
• With passion, you present suitable BMW automobiles, organize test drives, and accompany them personally.
• Independently, you conduct needs analyses, configure vehicles, negotiate with customers, and successfully close the sale of new BMW vehicles.
• You create an unforgettable customer experience by personally handing over the vehicles.
• As a central interface, you act between customers, BMW Financial Services, and the Aftersales team to ensure a smooth process.

• Completed vocational training and automotive technical knowledge.
• Several years of sales experience in the automotive industry and certification as an automobile salesperson.
• Negotiating skill, confidence, and strong communication abilities.
• Assertiveness and persuasiveness.
• Driver's license class B or III.
• Negotiation-proficient German and English skills.
