Intern Data Science Deployment Change Control

You support data analysis projects and work closely with specialist departments to identify new utilization potentials. You also assist in formulating technical questions, evaluating and connecting data sources, and implementing data-driven solutions. Furthermore, you learn to understand technical processes and identify and merge relevant data in different systems. In addition, you apply various analysis, statistics, and ML methods to recognize patterns in data and derive meaningful features (feature engineering). You also gain experience with modern methods from Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and agile development processes. Moreover, you contribute to understanding business processes and data flows as well as developing initial prototypes and visualizations.

• Studies in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, statistics, business informatics or comparable.
• Good programming skills in Python or comparable programming languages.
• Very good knowledge of SQL for data querying, analysis and transformation.
• Experience with data processing and preparation using Pandas, NumPy or comparable libraries.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning, e.g. with scikit-learn, and interest in feature engineering.
• Interest in business processes, production, supply chain or automotive topics; knowledge of big data tools, cloud technologies or visualization tools is an advantage.
• Good German and English skills.
