The BMW Group Startup Garage is the BMW Group's venture client unit and aims to make innovative startup technologies usable for all business areas of the BMW Group. In doing so, the BMW Group becomes an early customer of startups whose products are still in the prototype stage. The core of the program are pilot projects in which startups can validate and further develop their technologies in direct cooperation with BMW specialist departments. As an intern, you will support us primarily in the area of program management and gain deep insights into the collaboration between startups and the BMW Group.

• Support the BMW Startup Garage team in day-to-day operations
• Scouting, evaluating and assessing innovative startups and their technologies
• Actively help develop and optimize internal tools and processes
• Create and design presentations, visualize data and support data analytics
• Maintain and continuously develop our Salesforce-based startup database
• Handle requests from our internal and external network
• Prepare and follow up on appointments, workshops and events

• Technical or business studies
• Confident use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, first experience with Salesforce an advantage
• First knowledge and experience in data analytics and data visualization desirable
• First practical experience in a company and strong interest in the startup ecosystem and innovation management
• Initiative, strong teamwork and communication skills
• Structured, independent way of working and analytical thinking
• Fluent German and English
