Our HR Management / Leadership Partner Team at the BMW Group is the first point of contact for managers and their delegates at the Dingolfing location. We coach and advise managers and thus contribute to the successful implementation of the HR strategy. In this internship, you will learn the diverse facets of operational HR work.

• You accompany and support the HR Management team in advising managers on disciplinary leadership and personnel development.
• You also contribute to topics such as health management, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, working time and time management.
• You also support the implementation of defined assignments on various HR topics.
• You also help with order intake management and the coordination of operational HR process topics.
• You are also in contact with the works council and act as a contact person for managers of the supported department.
• You also help create reports and prepare data and analyses for process optimization.
• You also gain insight into a wide range of HR topics and the supported departments.

• Studies in humanities, business or law with a focus on HR, or a comparable degree program.
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Business-fluent German and English skills.
