We support you in gaining valuable insights into administrative HR processes and digitalization projects of HR Services during your internship. With us, you share your passion for HR topics and contribute your own ideas.

• Help administer HR matters such as parental leave, time off, secondary employment and school travel costs, and maintain this information in SAP.
• Help with projects to improve processes and introduce digital tools.
• Act as a subject contact for your areas and communicate with employees and partners such as HR management, recruiting and other HR Services teams across Germany.
• Help redesign employee anniversary celebrations, manage invitations and coordinate sending certificates and gifts.
• Take an active role in planning and running events and contribute new ideas.

• Studying economics or business administration, ideally with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification.
• Confident using MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and initiative.
• Business-fluent German.
