We ensure professional and efficient handling of all service processes with high technical expertise, quality, and customer orientation.

• You professionally advise and support your customers on service questions, repair technology, and economically sensible solutions.
• You are also responsible for order processing, invoicing, and receivables management for your customer orders.
• In addition, you advise your customers on identified repair potentials and on the purchase of accessories and services.
• You also manage the processing of warranty and goodwill claims and create accurate cost estimates.
• Finally, you check the work performed, its quality, and the cleanliness of your customers' vehicles.

• Completed commercial or automotive technical vocational training with appropriate additional qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in service consulting or aftersales environment.
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and initiative.
• Customer-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and acting.
• High quality awareness, willingness to perform, and reliability.
• Good German, English, and French language skills.
• Class B driver's license.
