Thesis: Optimization of Centrifugal Fan Housing for Freezers

You already have theoretical expertise and want to add practical experience in a dynamic company. For your thesis at BSH Hausgeräte GmbH in Giengen, you optimize the housing of centrifugal fans for freezers. Full-time / part-time, from March 2027.

• Analysis of efficient competitor systems
• Presentation of the key performance parameters
• Design of an optimized fan housing
• Integration into an existing appliance configuration

• Studies in mechanical engineering/mechatronics/supply engineering or similar in a Bachelor's/Master's program
• CAD design in a 3D environment, preferably Siemens NX
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics/thermodynamics
• Basic knowledge of plastics technology
• Fluent German and English skills
