Store Manager

A flexible and committed Store Manager (m/f/d) is wanted for the camel active store in Soltau, starting immediately. The role includes leading the team, serving customers and taking responsibility for the store’s financial performance.

Leading and developing the team, including motivation and regular feedback; recruiting, onboarding and training new team members; preparing staff and holiday schedules; communicating and implementing the camel active Customer Journey; ensuring high service standards; actively and individually advising customers; implementing visual merchandising and marketing guidelines; representing the brand; maintaining customer relationships and gaining new regular customers; responsibility for sales, costs and store performance; analysing sales figures and KPIs; organising and controlling stock, inventories and warehousing; complying with legal requirements and internal policies; continuous personal and professional development.

Several years of retail experience, ideally in a management position; completed retail training or a comparable qualification; knowledge of operating computerised till systems; customer- and service-oriented thinking and behaviour; organisational and communication skills; good German; affinity for numbers and data; enjoyment of working with customers; flexibility, reliability and resilience.
