Student CLAAS Inside Group HR Rewards & Mobility

Student role at CLAAS in the Group HR Rewards & Mobility department. Regular working time is about 20 hours per week, agreed around your class schedule. During lecture periods you work one or one and a half days per week, partly from home office.

• Designing innovative pay and additional benefit programs for employees
• Contributing to international salary benchmarking
• Developing and recording job and function descriptions, both covered and not covered by collective agreements
• Supporting the organization and documentation of collective bargaining commission meetings (employer and works council)
• Helping create a benefit roadmap for CLAAS companies in Germany
• Supporting and implementing pay-related processes and updating guidelines and information

• Ongoing studies in economics, social sciences or humanities with a focus on HR or controlling
• Confident use of common MS Office programs, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
• You bring analytical skills and work precisely, independently and conscientiously.
• Your reliability is the key to successful projects and smooth cooperation.
