You support the advisors in preparing and following up on customer appointments and also actively participate. You quickly become part of a team that finds solutions together and is successful.
• Co-creation: Bring your creative ideas directly into the team, whether for exciting projects or tailored solutions for our customers. Here you can take responsibility and really make a difference.
• Networking: Early on you get to know managers, colleagues and other junior staff, whether at events, workshops or in daily work. Build valuable contacts that will accompany you during your apprenticeship and beyond.
• Your future with us: If you successfully complete your apprenticeship and show good performance, you secure a permanent employment contract.
