You plan and monitor office management as well as project- and order-related processes. You coordinate secretarial and assistance tasks. You review incoming mail and other written information and handle correspondence in administration. You record and process data required for payroll accounting.

You have a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or high school diploma (Abitur). You are comfortable using MS Office applications. Good German and English skills are a given for you. You enjoy planning, have good negotiation skills, and are an organizational talent. Positive communication, flexibility, and helpfulness characterize you as a person. You take initiative on your own and work independently.
