You will learn the commercial tools of the trade to manage logistics. You plan and organize the dispatch, transshipment and storage of goods as well as other logistics services. You control and monitor the interaction of persons and facilities involved in logistics chains. You arrange insurance coverage and observe customs and foreign trade regulations. You correspond and communicate with foreign business partners and customers in English and process English-language documents. You identify customer requirements, advise and support customers. You handle customer complaints and carry out payment transactions and dunning procedures.

You have at least a good secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or a comparable qualification. You are proficient in common MS Office applications. You have good English skills and ideally knowledge of another foreign language. You are interested in transport geography. You enjoy planning and organizing and have good negotiation skills. You are communicative, flexible and reliable. You like to take the initiative, work independently but also enjoy working in a team.
