What You'll Learn

You schedule daily pickup and delivery orders for our customers together with your team colleagues.
You calculate freight rates.
You monitor and control transport services in local transport.
You create and process route sheets and waybills.
You dispatch vehicles in local transport and organise special trips.
You are the contact person for drivers, transport contractors and customers.

Requirements

You have completed commercial training, ideally as a management assistant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services.
Ideally you bring practical experience in local transport dispatching and in the general cargo network.
Good local geographical knowledge rounds off your profile.
You enjoy organising and planning as well as working with state-of-the-art IT systems.
You have a strong customer orientation and assertiveness.
