Clerk Warehouse Administration

DACHSER is looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for warehouse administration, full-time and permanent, in contract logistics / supply chain management. You will be the contact person for national and international warehouse customers.

• Competent contact person for phone consulting and proactive support of national and international warehouse customers and business partners
• System bookings such as goods receipt and issue, complaint and damage handling, billing, and preparing and carrying out inventories
• Keep an overview of process handling in line with economic and quality aspects
• Link between customers, warehouses and internal departments through active and appreciative communication

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) with work experience
• German and English spoken and written, French an advantage
• Sound knowledge of warehouse and/or transport management systems
• Enjoy dialogue, solution-oriented and independent, to ensure the best customer experience
• Team player with flexibility and commitment
