• You are responsible for the pickup and delivery scheduling of our short-distance vehicles.
• In addition, you take over the organization of the economic utilization of the vehicles and the fleet taking into account legal requirements as well as customer and network requirements.
• As direct contact person for drivers, transport contractors and customers you are responsible for order processing.
• The creation of route cards and waybills rounds off your daily business.
• You are responsible for the continuous review of scheduling quality with active notification in case of deviations.

• You have completed vocational training as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable training plus relevant professional experience in dispatching.
• You have good regional local knowledge.
• You have experience in dealing with social regulations for driving personnel.
• Your way of working is characterized by service orientation, quality awareness and independence.
• Problem-solving ability, result orientation and communication skills are necessary for the successful performance of the job and are rounded off by assertiveness, resilience and quick decision-making ability.
