Warehouse Administration Specialist

Full-time, permanent. Central contact person for customers' day-to-day warehouse administration at DACHSER in Malsch. The position covers all warehouses, including Rastatt and Muggensturm.

• Central contact person for our customers' day-to-day administrative warehouse business
• Goods receipt and issue bookings, stock checks and processing of returns in close coordination with the industrial team and forwarding departments
• Creating key figures needed to bill warehouse processes
• Administrative support in preparing and carrying out inventories
• Taking on office tasks that arise in daily work
• Coordinating communication between departments and ensuring relevant information flows on time

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• First experience in warehouse administration as a clerk (m/f/d)
• Very good German skills (at least C1)
• Good English skills and ideally knowledge of another European language (French/Spanish)
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Very good communication skills
