Working Student Process Management

You will gain initial professional experience in our IT during your studies. You will be deployed in the IT Business Integration area and support the implementation and optimization of agile processes in various teams.

• You apply what you have learned in planning and running agile meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint plannings and retrospectives.
• You help create and maintain documentation and reports.
• You help carry out evaluations and analyze data to assess team performance and process improvement.
• You gain practical experience evaluating and optimizing existing workflows.

• You study computer science, business informatics, business administration or a similar degree program.
• You already have first experience in process management.
• You enjoy logical and analytical thinking as well as complex structures.
• You are interested in topics around process optimization.
• You are communicative, flexible and enjoy agile working.
• You take initiative and work independently but also like working in a team.
