During your three-year apprenticeship as a Social Insurance Specialist (short: SoFa) you will get to know the healthcare system from the ground up. Whether in consulting or sales – you will be optimally prepared for your career entry. Depending on your interest and talent, the apprenticeship is deepened in a focus area: In the classic SoFa area you support insured persons competently in all situations – e.g. with questions about long-term care insurance, individual health services or contribution calculation. In the sales focus you are additionally on the road in the field, win new insured persons and represent DAK-Gesundheit e.g. at events, in schools or companies.
