During your three-year Ausbildung as a Social Security Specialist (SoFa for short), you will gain exciting insights into the German healthcare system. You will learn how to competently and reliably assist insured persons in all situations – whether with contribution calculation, questions about long-term care insurance, or individual health services.

Training locations are primarily our service centers. To deepen your knowledge, you will also get to know various specialist centers. Theory and practice alternate, so you will be optimally prepared for your career entry.

• (Technical) Abitur, a completed vocational Ausbildung, or initial study experience
• Enthusiasm for the healthcare sector and commercial topics
• Open demeanor, strong communication skills, and team spirit
• Enjoyment of working with numbers and an interest in legal principles
• Motivation to take on responsibility and make a difference
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
