During your three-year apprenticeship as a social insurance specialist (short: SoFa), you will get to know the healthcare system from the ground up. Whether in consulting or sales – you will be optimally prepared for your career entry. Depending on interest and talent, the apprenticeship is deepened in a focus area:
- In the classic SoFa area, you competently support insured persons in all life situations – e.g., questions about long-term care insurance, individual health benefits, or contribution calculation.
- In the sales focus, you are additionally on the road in field service, win new insured persons, and represent DAK-Gesundheit e.g., at events, in schools, or companies.
Requirements
- Technical high school diploma (Fachabitur) or general high school diploma (Abitur), a completed vocational training, or first study experience
- Enthusiasm for the healthcare sector and commercial topics
- An open, sympathetic manner and team spirit
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and interest in legal basics
- Motivation to take responsibility and explore new paths – whether in the office or in field service
