You actively help our customers in the field service to realize their wishes by advising on insurance questions, building savings, wealth accumulation, and capital investments. You capture the wishes and needs of customers and respond to their inquiries. You manage your fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.

You have (soon) a very good to good (technical) high school diploma (Abitur). Interest in economic interrelationships and the insurance industry. Strong analytical skills and a high level of commitment. Team spirit, communication strength, and a proactive attitude. You find it easy to make contacts and maintain your network. You foster trust through your honest appearance and behavior.

Practical training: You will learn the basics of the insurance business in our branches and gain comprehensive insights into your professional profile. Study at ADG Business School: In cooperation with our partner university, we provide you with the necessary expertise and theory behind insurance management. You will obtain a state-recognized Bachelor of Arts degree. Sample study contents include: Sales Management, Insurance Law, Leadership & Business Skills. Mentoring program: You will be accompanied by experienced colleagues who provide valuable tips and support. Personal development: In addition to professional training, we promote your personal strengths and support individual further development. Qualification measures and intensive preparation for the IHK exams. You will earn two degrees (Bachelor of Arts and Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) in three years. Above-average remuneration (as of 01.09.2026, each 14 times per year): 1st apprenticeship year €1,455, 2nd year €1,532, 3rd year €1,620.
