About this Apprenticeship
Within three years you earn three nationally recognised qualifications: retail merchant (m/f/d), retail management specialist (Handelsfachwirt, m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO). You learn business basics at a retail training centre, supported by individual e-learning programmes. In the practical phases you get to know retail from the ground up. After passing your exam and performing well, your next goal could be training to manage a store.
What You'll Learn
- In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and skilled work
- You take an active part in daily business and take on responsibility for organisational tasks in a store early on
- The theory part of the training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail training centres
- Topics taught there include marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends
- You enjoy being physically active
- You have team spirit and are reliable
- You are career-oriented and want to progress quickly
- You are interested in business management topics
- You have at least the Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification)
