Apprenticeship as a Retail Business Manager (Handelsfachwirt)

With us you can earn three nationally recognised qualifications within three years: retail clerk (m/f/d), retail business manager (Handelsfachwirt) (m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate under AEVO! On the way to becoming a Handelsfachwirt, you learn all the business basics at a retail education centre. You are supported by individual e-learning programmes. In your practical phases, you get to know retail from the ground up.

• You actively take part in day-to-day business and take on responsibility for organisational tasks in a store early on.
• The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centres.
• There, areas such as marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales are taught, among others.

• You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes 😉.
• You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
• You enjoy being physically active.
• You have team spirit and are reliable.
• You are career-oriented and want to progress quickly.
• You are interested in business management topics.
• You have at least the Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification).
