Apprenticeship as Retail Management Specialist, Demmin

Within three years you earn three nationally recognised qualifications: retail salesperson, retail management specialist (Handelsfachwirt) and trainer aptitude under AEVO. You learn business basics at a retail education centre, supported by individual e-learning programs. In the practical phases you get to know retail from the ground up.

• In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and skilled work.
• You actively help in daily business and take on responsibility for organisational tasks in a store early on.
• The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centres.
• There, areas such as marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales are taught.

• You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
• You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
• You like being physically active.
• You have team spirit and are reliable.
• You are career-oriented and want to advance quickly.
