Plan your commute. Together with us you have the opportunity to obtain three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Business Administrator (m/f/d) and the Trainer Aptitude Regulation (AEVO)! On the way to becoming a Retail Business Administrator (m/f/d) you will learn all commercial basics at a trade education center. You will be supported by individual e-learning programs. In your practical phases you will get to know retail from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and your organizational talent. After passing your exam and with good performance, the next goal could already be the induction to store management. • In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work.
• You actively participate in daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
• The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with trade education centers.
• Taught there are areas such as marketing, business administration, personnel management, accounting, logistics and sales.
