About this Apprenticeship

Within three years you earn three nationally recognized qualifications: retail clerk (m/f/d), Handelsfachwirt (m/f/d) and the trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO). You learn business basics at a retail training center and get to know retail from the ground up in the practical phases. After the exam, training to become a store manager can follow.

What You'll Learn

In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work.
You actively help with daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail training centers.
There you learn, among other things, marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales.
