About this Apprenticeship
In Schwabach, you can earn three nationally recognised qualifications within three years: retail sales professional, certified trade specialist and trainer certification under AEVO. The programme combines practical work in a store with blocks of classroom teaching at a trade education centre.
What You'll Learn
- During practical training at a nearby store, we prepare you to provide helpful sales service and work with expert knowledge.
- You take an active part in daily store operations and take responsibility for organisational tasks early on.
- Classroom training takes place in blocks in cooperation with trade education centres.
- Subjects include marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales.

- You have an open, friendly personality and a love of shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You work well in a team and are reliable.
- You are focused on your career and want to progress quickly.
- You are interested in how businesses work.
- You have at least a university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
