About this Apprenticeship
During the 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant, you learn everything about merchandise management and customer service in the store and at vocational school. Individual e-learning modules and the company's own training team support you on your way to the exam. You receive an attractive training salary and additional bonuses.
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on a variety of tasks independently, including customer advice, goods receiving, product presentation and cash register work.
- Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from the company's own training team.

- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You are ambitious and like to show commitment.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are interested in business processes.
- You have at least an intermediate school certificate (Realschulabschluss).
