About this Apprenticeship
During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson (m/f/d), you will learn everything about merchandise management and customer service in the store and at vocational school. Individual e-learning modules and our own training team support you on your way to the retail salesperson exam. During your apprenticeship, you receive an attractive apprenticeship remuneration and additional bonuses.
What You'll Learn
- The practical apprenticeship takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on diverse tasks in customer advice, goods receipt, product presentation and cashier duties independently.
- Alongside vocational school lessons, you receive regular training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programmes accompany you on your way to the final exam.

- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You can get excited about fashion and are interested in current trends.
- You like to be physically active.
- You are ambitious and like to show commitment.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are interested in commercial processes.
- You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss).
