About this Apprenticeship
During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant you learn everything about merchandise management and customer service in the store and at vocational school. E-learning modules and the company's own training team support you up to the exam. You receive an attractive apprenticeship pay and extra bonuses.
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on varied tasks independently in customer advice, goods receiving, product presentation and checkout.
- Alongside vocational school you regularly receive training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You are ambitious and like to show commitment.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are interested in business processes.
- You have at least a Realschulabschluss (intermediate school certificate).
