About this Apprenticeship
During your 2-year retail apprenticeship, we train you to be the perfect point of contact for our customers. Your personal apprentice mentor supports you. You receive an attractive training allowance and additional bonuses. The training takes place close to your home in one of 1,200 Deichmann stores across Germany.
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly and independently take on varied tasks in customer service, goods receiving, product display and cash desk work.
- Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.
- Very good career prospects: possible continuation to Retail Clerk (m/f/d) training and further opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
