About this Apprenticeship

During your 2-year retail apprenticeship, Deichmann trains you to be the perfect contact for customers. A personal apprentice mentor supports you. You receive an attractive training salary and extra bonuses.

What You'll Learn

  • Practical training takes place in a store near you.
  • You quickly take on varied tasks independently, including customer advice, goods receipt, product presentation and cash desk work.
  • Alongside vocational school you regularly receive training from our own training team.
  • Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.

Requirements

  • You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
  • You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
  • You enjoy being physically active.
  • You have team spirit and are reliable.
  • You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
