During your 2-year retail apprenticeship, Deichmann trains you to be the perfect contact person for customers. Your personal apprentice mentor is by your side. You receive an attractive training salary and extra bonuses. The practical training takes place in a store near you.

Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
