About this Apprenticeship
During this two-year retail apprenticeship, you learn to advise and support customers. Practical training takes place at a Deichmann store close to home and is supported by vocational school, internal training and online learning.
What You'll Learn
- Practical training takes place at a store near you.
- You quickly take on varied tasks independently, including advising customers, receiving goods, displaying products and operating the till.
- Alongside vocational school, you receive regular training from the company's own training team.
- Individual online learning programs support you as you prepare for your final exam.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality and a love of shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You work well in a team and are reliable.
- You have at least a Hauptschule school-leaving qualification.
