Junior eShop Specialist, Category Structure

Deichmann is seeking a Junior eShop Specialist for category structure in Essen. You will develop the online shop's categories, navigation and use of product data, working closely with shop management, purchasing and IT.

• Help develop and manage the online shop's category structure and ensure products are presented well throughout the customer journey.
• Act as the main link between shop management, product information management (PIM) and other relevant departments.
• Define and improve requirements for product data, categories, filters and navigation to help customers find products and increase purchases.
• Keep the footwear business in view and deliver profitable growth.
• Develop methods for assigning products to categories and ensure a consistent shop structure that can grow across different markets.
• Analyse key performance indicators, customer behaviour, search data and navigation data, and use the findings to make improvements.
• Work closely with shop management, purchasing and IT to ensure business requirements are successfully put into practice.
• Take responsibility for category structure, navigation and managing the shop through product data.

• You have successfully completed a degree in Economics or Business Studies, or hold an equivalent or relevant qualification.
• Ideally, you have work experience in eShop management, product information management (PIM) or similar digital business settings.
• You understand how product data, category structures, customer experience and business results relate to one another.
• You have a strong interest in technology and are confident using shop systems, PIM solutions and analysis tools.
• You work independently and have strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with the people involved.
• You have very good German and English skills.
